Ryan is Global Head, Service Delivery of Uptime Institute, where he is responsible for end-to-end global delivery of Uptime consulting and certification services. In this role, Ryan is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of Uptime’s service portfolio through our technical consultant, technical communications, project management, and quality assurance teams to ensure that our client’s digital infrastructure meets their business objectives.
