2020 Abnormal Incident Report Trending Presentation -
Juan Orozco, Uptime Institute Consultant, will review trends from incidents added over the last year to help attendees identify opportunities to apply resources to best minimize downtime risks.
Time to Pause: 2020 Reflections, 2021 Look Ahead, Panel Discussion -
We end our briefing with a chance for everyone to give their perspective on what 2020 has brought to the industry, and what they think 2021 will bring. Our panelists will give their thoughts on various topics and we will then welcome feedback and questions from all attendees.
