REPLAY | Ensuring Operational Readiness for Demands of AI Workloads

In this webinar, we outlined how to build a robust operations and management strategy for AI data centers in a time where extreme power densities, liquid cooling complexity, and rapid hardware refresh cycles demanded a fundamentally different approach to operations. We highlighted the need to align operations with business goals from day one, while defining clear staffing models, training programs, and IT-facilities responsibilities to reduce risk and ensure reliability. Drawing on Uptime Institute's global experience, extensive certifications, and vendor-neutral advisory expertise, this session demonstrated how proven frameworks, standardized procedures, and independent guidance helped organizations deliver resilient, efficient AI infrastructure at scale.
