BMS Alarm Text "Gateway"

For many years our BMS and other site alarms have been sent to technicians' wireless devices via an email-to-text conversion "gateway" that will be going away in June. Is there a device or self-contained system that can send these alarm text messages without going through the email conversion? Do the various BMS platforms already have this capability built in?
